It has been used by the North to enrich itself and exploit the South. Taxation Profits are registered in a tax haven country e.g Ireland by using resources from other countries. Much of this discussion wasn't clear due to a lot of noise emanating from surrounding activities leading to many of us moving to a private discussion with Mr. Story after the event about his views on the topic.

● Many questiones arose about the copyright/intellectual property rights vis a vis poor countries in need of learning material.
