Logo "Asile" (the logo of this website).

A message from Franck Na, the artist

An open "A" like Asylum. An "H" like "hospitality". Two boats are tied one to one. (as a late answer to the swiss fascist slogan "the boat is full").

The sign talks about:

       •          opposition to discriminatory measures;
       •          resistance to unacceptable laws;
       • disagreement with xenophobic texts or acts.

This is a symbol of relation and opening, freedom and respect. It goes with the defence and promotion of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the 1951 and 1967 Conventions relating to the status of refugees and stateless persons. Texts whose respect is more needed than ever. (we encourage the use of this logo, for free and for any support (printings, paintings,...) insofar as its initial meaning is respected.) Please, send a press release and picture of your action by e.mail to bonjour(at)mise-a-jour.net

It is free-using, and please translate in every language where the fight for the freedom is necessary.

Best Regards

Franck NA
