SUMMARY
It's about a struggle for renaissance by the Chu-Been Bunun ribe i.e. how an aboriginal tribe deals with sustainable developemENt
They have learnt how to make organic manure from kitchen waste disposal. This idea was brought in by an India Riezi Fr. J.Jinam. The women are advised to collect the left overs and put them at a central place. the left overs are put in plastic containers with lids and are stirred daily and after sometime used as manure for growing grouts, vegetables etc.
The advantage of these are:
1.No material fee is needed.
2.It replaces chemical fertilizers
3.Creates local job opportunities of recycling and waste disposal
4.Economic values of land use.
5.Development of new industry pattern in local villages
6.Reduces garbage i.e. landfill
7.Zero waste
8.ECO and environmental protection
9.Promote sustainable agriculture
Some of the problems faced in implementing these are: Low education levels
Low medical knowledge level
Poor financial management
