This term should be defined more precisely.

Many of the activities are conferences, workshops or seminars, which take place during the yearly or bi-annual social forum events, while other activities span over more than one social forum.

With an activity of the social forum, we mean a public process of learning, communication and action with several participants from more than one country and/or region. The activity is in line with the principles, which are described in the WSF's Charter of Principles.
