Talk about tax implication on corruption and democracy, development

There is a heavy loss of capital due to illegal tax systems (structure).

Dirty money obtained illegally and used illegally and used illegally.

People migrate their money from their countries to other countries where they can evade or pay little tax.It is estimated that about 500 billion dollars is migrated from Africa to Europe every year.

People do not pay tax in Africa they hide their money in Switzerland.

There is need for NGOs to influence government budget by forming strategies namely setting some bench marks, using media,do research to determmine government performance, lobbying government ministries, public forums, demonstartions e.t.c.

Recommendations

A need to have a top-down approach of good governance to build strong government that can impose structural plans to empower civil societies.

To understand budget cycle so as to know where to intervene.
