I suggest to put Trade at its rights place. All improvements/supplements are welcome !! This may be a beginning.
The WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization), recognizing that Trade is to serve mankind, and that its effects impacts on the Earth ecosystem, puts Trade at the right level.
1) Primacy of Human Rights
The WFTO recognizes any United Nations legal instruments, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
2) Overarching duty to protect of life and biodiversity
The WFTO adopts the Environmental Charter, and acts so as to protect life, biosphere and biodiversity.
Then: 3) Trade is only second to Human Rights and Environmental Protection Human Rights and Environmental necessities over commercial interests.

Je propose d'essayer de positionner l'Economie à sa juste place. Toutes les am�liorations, pr�cisions, compl�ments sont bienvenus !
Le WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization, Organisation mondiale du commerce juste), reconnaissant que l'economie doit etre au service de l'humanité, et que ses effets affectent l'ecosysteme Terre, entend donner au Commerce sa juste place.
1) Primauté des Droits Humains Le WFTO reconnait tous les instruments legaux des Nations Unies, y compris la Declaration Universelle des Droits Humains.
2) Imperatif de preservation du vivant, de la biodiversité Le WFTO adopte la Charte de l'Environnement, et agit de sorte à preserver le vivant, la biosphere, la biodiversite.
En cons�quence : 3) Le Commerce est subordonné aux Droits humains et environnementaux. Les Droits Humains et les imperatifs environnementaux priment sur les interets commerciaux.
