I suggest to put Trade at its rights place. All improvements/supplements are welcome !! This may be a beginning.
The WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization), recognizing that Trade is to serve mankind, and that its effects impacts on the Earth ecosystem, puts Trade at the right level.
1) Primacy of Human Rights
The WFTO recognizes any United Nations legal instruments, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
2) Overarching duty to protect of life and biodiversity
The WFTO adopts the Environmental Charter, and acts so as to protect life, biosphere and biodiversity.
Then: 3) Trade is only second to Human Rights and Environmental Protection Human Rights and Environmental necessities over commercial interests.
