I suggest to place Trade at its rights place. All improvements/supplements are wellcome. This may be a beginning.
The WFTO, recognizing that Trade is to serve mankind, and that its effects impacts on the Earth ecosystem, puts Trade at the right level.
1) Primacy of Human Rights The WFTO recognizes any United Nations legal instruments, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
2) Overarching duty to protect of life and biodiversity Le WFTO adopte la Charte de l'Environnement, et agit de sorte à pr�server le vivant, la biosph�re, la biodiversité. The WFTO adopts the Environmental Charter, and acts so as to protect life, biosphere and biodiversity.
En cons�quence : 3) Trade is only second to Human Rights and Environmental Protection Human Rights and Environmental necessities over commercial interests.

n) Am�liorer les normes du travail /Improve the labour standards Le WFTO mandates cooperation with the International Labour Organization ...
Le WFTO, reconnaissant que l'�conomie doit �tre au service de l'humanité, et que ses effets affectent l'�cosyst�me Terre, entend donner au Commerce sa juste place.
1) Primauté des Droits Humains Le WFTO reconna�t tous les instruments l�gaux des Nations Unies, y compris la D�claration Universelle des Droits Humains.
2) Imp�ratif de pr�servation du vivant, de la biodiversité Le WFTO adopte la Charte de l'Environnement, et agit de sorte à pr�server le vivant, la biosph�re, la biodiversité.
3) Le Commerce est subordonné aux Droits humains et environnementaux. Les Droits Humains et les imp�ratifs environnementaux priment sur les int�r�ts commerciaux.
